Tiddly Inks

Hi Everyone

The bags are packed and ready to go, a bit of craft going with me also, I cannot just sit around all day doing nothing and I am not really a sunbather, I usually sit in the shade so a bit of craft, enjoying the grandkids and shopping will do me very nicely oh not forgetting the food and bubbles too.

 I have decided to put in for the Tiddly Inks DT call after a long break of being away from any design teams, I have missed being on a DT' and thought it was about time I went back to that side of things again as I really loved it,  so here's my card.

I used the image called wryn so cute too, I coloured her with Copic and sparkled the flowers and matted her,  La La Corner die, a Nesstie corner die and heart, a EK butterfly punch which I added bling to, some lace and W/O flowers and pearls to finish, I also distressed all the paper edges and inked them.

Count Down o Hoilday

Hi Everyone

I am now on the count down to my holiday in Turkey, we shall be meeting our son, daughter in law and grandchildren who are 10 and 12, cannot wait to see them, we leave early Thursday morning, have to be at the airport for 5 in the morning ekkkkk.

Had to do a bit of last minute shopping this afternoon to get a few things for the kids awe it just had to be done lol.

This morning I had a busy copic class and they have all book for extra classes before I leave so Sunday, Monday and Tuesday I am busy, that just gives me time on Wednesday to have my hair and nails done, then pack and relax and my housemaid is coming in Thursday morning to do the rest.

Now what craft shall I take with me as I have to do something ummm beading, quilting, or copic, still thinking lol.

On to my card for today, I decided on a Saturated Canary image, I coloured her with copic 

The flowers are from W/J and I spritz them with glimmer mist and pink ink the sparkle does not show very well, I added glitter round the frill on the hearts, I have  just noticed I forgot to colour my sentiment ekkk., also added lace and pearls.

Magnolia card Today

Hi Everyone

Wow the weather is so hot and humid here so I am not going out for the next two days as I have no class's and no shopping to do untill Saturday, I am going in my craft room for the weekend as I bought 3 new Stamping Bella images and some more Magnolia to colour up.


Our weekend here is Friday and Saturday I know a bit confusing but you do get use to it and we have our Sunday roast on a Saturday lol well we love roast dinners so much we have at least 2 or 3 a week :-) we both love our veg and roast potatoes yummy.


Ok enough of my chattering and down to my make for today which is a Magnolia card, I coloured her with Copic the papers are from a stack but I lost the cover so I have no idea who they are from, I also lost the list of colours ekkk not a good start.


I finished decorating the card with W/O flowers La La Land corner die, ribbon and pearls.

Saturated Canary Image Today

Hi Everyone

Feeling much better today, my little op went ok and I am now on some treatment, still got the pains in my chest but not as bad as they were last week, up and running again yahhhhh.

I spent the last few days colouring so my first card is a Saturated Canary one.

I coloured her with Copic and just noticed I forgot to give her blusher ekkk, distressed the papers with a bit of timmy, finishing with a bit of bling.

I cannot give you the copic colours as I have mislaid the list, it's in my craft room somewhere lol, probable under the pile of papers I have to sort.

 My craft room is in bit of a state which I hate as I always clear up after I have finished creating but I did not have time yesterday so have that to look forward too.

Hi Everyone

 Been a bit absent as I have been feeling unwell with a pain in my chest just below my bra line, I had my heart monitored yesterday and all is ok so on Monday I am going into hospital and they are going to put a camera down my throat and into my stomach to see whats going on and why I am getting this pain in my chest, I also lost some weight so I am now 48 kg and keep going down to 46kg, I always weigh 50kg and have done for the past 30 years and find it hard to keep that weight on, so when I start to lose I panic a bit.

The surgeon was a funny man and said eat more cream cakes and chocolate lol oh by the way do you want to be awake when we do the procedure or asleep geeez asleep!! are you mad, me being awake is not a good thing PANIC.

Ok enough of my little drama (I am aloud one now and then) back to my crafting and today I have to show you a banner I made using the new Stamps from Prima by  Julie Nutting and Prima flowers.

 

The picture shows the banner that was made for the shop to show off the new stamps.

 

The face, hair and body bits are coloured with copic and the dress is paper pierced .

 

I also used Prima flowers which have been inked and pegs,

                                                  The butterfly is a big die cut which has been inked.
