Little Yellow Challenge Blog

Hello everyone

Today I could not resist the sales and at buy one get one free and half price at the same time I just had to stock up on towels. I had seen these gorgeous pale turquoise towels ages ago and decided if they came in the sale I would buy them as they match my bathroom in Cyprus.

Hubby will go mad if I tell him (I bought a load last month too) so I’ve hidden them in the cupboard with rest of the stuff I bought, you can never have enough towels I say, I just hope I don’t go off the colour of the bathroom now lol.

Anyway onto my card, I think I must have been a purple mode as it’s very purple lol and thank you to Linda for the image and spacers, papers are K and Co, flower from a Nessability die, and the rest is from my stash. I have entered it into The Little Yellow Challenge Blog and their theme is Pearls and Lace so I used a pearl pin and brad plus pearls on the inside too.

Thanks for popping by my place and I shall be round later to see you.

Friends

Hi my fellow blog friends I hope your all creating like mad and your juices are flowing, well I got time to craft this morning after all is done and dusted in the house.

Aa friend ask me to do a card in the same papers and colours of my last one, for her daughter so here it is.

The papers are from Bo Bunny, which I sanded and matted the background ones, then layered up the panels. I coloured the Sarah Kay image with copic and gelled the flowers to make them shine (not showing on this pic again).
The flowers and brads are Bo Bunny with added spacers, oh the green flower is from a nestability flower range die and the leafs are BossKut die, gelled to make them shine (not showing on this pic again), lastly the gems are from Kaban.

I also did the inside for her with the same papers and using my EK punch.

Well I am quiet pleased with the result, what do you think my friends.
Thank you for taking the time to pop by my place and now I off to see what you have created.

Hugs

I loved following this one, I used a new Daisy image that Linnie has just designed, I just love these new designs and you can find the images of Daisy and her accessories here.

I wanted to enter into Secret Crafter challenge this week and their theme of spots and stripes.

I coloured Daisy with my Copic and gelled the flowers to make them shine but I don’t think you can see it on this pic, ahh well. The pink spot paper is wild raspberry and the green and stripe is from a Bo Bunny collection, pearls and pin from my stash, flowers Bo Bunny and the spacers are a RAK from Linda at Crafty Creations ohh thank you so much Linda I love them, the pearls near the flowers are kanban.

The sentiments on the front and the inside are from a store called Stamping all Day, owned by the lovely Nicky and she has the most gorgeous sentiment stamps besides lots of other scrummy stuff oh I can hear my credit card groaning again lol.

Stamp for the Weekend, A Spoon full of Sugar and Colour Create.

Good Evening everyone and hope you all had a good day and the sun shone for you, well I got three cards made yesterday but could only post one as the people who they are for come to my blog lol derrrr I thought I was going to have two post in one day lol ahh well. This morning I managed to make a card for three challenges but had to go out and I have only just got to post it.
So without further ado here it is I just loved the sketch from A Spoon Full of Sugar so I combined it with Stamp for the Weekend which you could pick from a song title, so I choose Tangled up in Blue – Bob Dylan, love Bob Dylan and Colour Create and the theme is Blue and White.

The image is from Penny Black coloured with different shades of blue using my Copic and I used a gel pen on the flowers and hat ribbon, the papers are Bo-Bunny again also the brads, the little blue flowers are from a shop in Cyprus, the pearls, bling and pin are from my stash. I used my EK punch to do the corners and the leaves are from a BossKut die, which I am so glad I bought as I use this quiet a lot.

I left the inside quiet plain as I did not want to spoil the lovely design on the paper, so just add the sentiment and bling in each corner and use my EK punch for the design on the edges.

Thank you for popping by my place again and I do appreciate your comments you so kindly leave me, I’m going to look at your creations now as you always give me oodles of inspiration.

Hugs

Die Cut Dreams

Good Morning ladies and it’s been a busy morning here, I was busy putting my exam and making a card and my DH did my grocery shopping for me and he’s now making soup yummy and as it’s the weekend here, we get Friday and Saturday we always have a treat of bacon and eggs as hubby it not allowed it really but a treat is always nice.
I now take a couple of days off study before I start to research for my next exam so I am going to craft all day as DH wants to watch sport, which suits me fine lol.

The card I made this morning is for a challenge blog I came across called Die Cut Dreams and their theme was glamour and glitz and as I love a bit of glitz I had to enter it.

The stamped image was a free download from Sassy Studio Design and I covered the whole thing in pink stickles then while it was still wet I covered it with white glitter and left it to dry overnight and added bling.
I used labels 1 nessty, Bo-Bunny papers, the lace, roses, pearls and bling were from my stash. EK punch for the design under the lace and the bits from the punch I put in the corners. I got a new EK punch this week that you add ink to and I did the sentiment with that, I hope it’s glitz enough.
The inside

See you later as I shall be back with another card today after I have had a blog hop, wooo two cards in one day, never been known lol.

Grandson and Blog Candy

Good Evening Ladies
I was posting this card tonight and found out that Crafty Going’s On is holding a blog Candy again with 72 Copic pen! yes you heard me right 72 wow how fantastic is that. There is twist to this candy:

Link to a card you made with a download or a stamped image (does NOT have to be one of ours). If you are using one of the Charmed Cards & Crafts downloads or Delectable stamps then you get two chances how easy is that.

I was doing another card for my grandson and I just happened to be using one of their digital download images so I will be linking this one.
The buttons are from Vicki and were part of my candy I won from her, thank you Vicki who’s blog is Stamped Smiles and she sure does have a wonderful blog and beautiful creations to show you, pop over and take a look you will not be disappointed.
The papers are Bo Bunny and I used labels four for the image and sentiment on the inside. I did the Happy Birthday on the computer again as I don’t have a stamp to do the round sentiment, well not yet but I do have one coming hehehe another little spend.

This week I was lucky enough to win some stamped images from Susie over at Sassy Designs thank you very much Susie, another lady with a beautiful blog, you must look at her creations they are just gorgeous.
Susie also has a shop called Sassy Designs by Susie at Die - Cut Dreams it's the Home of Designer Custom Die Cuts and other crafty goodies and I might add she has some gorgeous charms, I have got my little eye on them lol.

Thank you for popping by and I’m off to see your creations now.

Good Morning ladies.

Glad to say I am feeling a lot better today, woo I hate summer colds they seem to drag you down and leave you feeling drained, so much so my MOJO has left me and tottered off into the unknown, so if anyone finds it! send it back please as I need it for Friday, I have a special card to make for my very good friend here, who’s Birthday it is and I have no idea what to do aggg.

Well onto my DT spot for Cute Daisy May and this week and the theme is Three of a Kind, I decided to go down the red route as I had purchased these beautiful red flowers and had not used them. I used sheet 37 from the Cute Daisy May range and you can find them here, Linnie has now created 50 of these sheets and they are beautiful so you will be spoilt for choice, she is also offering a download of a Daisy image to try before you buy.

The brown lace paper is K and Co, another new purchase that I shall have to go back and get some more as I love this paper. The red paper and 3 pieces of bling are from my stash and flowers and brads are Bo Bunny, also 3 of them. The daisy leafs are BossKut and I have used a Sakura gel pen to give the highlights, I also wanted to round the corners on the card so I use
a corner punch and EK punch for the strips in the middle. Daisy was cut out and mounted onto a Nestabilities label four die.

I made a boob this week (put it down to not feeling well) I usually check out all the challenges going as I like to enter a few with Daisy, but I just got on and made the card, then this morning I realised my mistake so off I pop to check them all out and my first stop is always Stamp for the Weekend as it’s one of my favourites, if I had the time and they would let you I’d enter more than once, anyway I digress so back to the story, I could not believe my luck as their challenge this week is Strawberries and Chocolate and I think my card will qualify for this challenge as I do have a chocolate coloured brad.

I also entered into to Stamp with Fun and their theme is shapes and punches, this is my first time to this challenge blog and I hope to enter many more of their challenges, how lucky am I pheww, and thanks for looking.

I have to pop off myself now as I made another mistake this week, I have done my diagram for my exam totally wrong and will have to do it all again aggg not a good week for me, but I will be back later today to have a little blog hop and see your creations.

Thanks for popping by my place and listening to my ramblings once again, maybe one day I just might post a card and say nothing lol, naaaaaa I don’t think that will ever happen.

Hugs

Dino for the Grandson

Dino for Grandson

Good Evening ladies hope your all creating and having a good time, well I am feeling a little better today after a hot toddy last night my temperature has come down but I am still a bit sniffy and tired.
I think I pick up one of those bugs when I went for my monthly injection the other day at the hospital as there was a few people coughing in the waiting room. So only a little study today but I must get on tomorrow, as it’s due in on Thursday aggggg.

I had to make a card for my grandson, well I make two for him because his mum and dad live apart (seems to be the norm nowadays) so I send one to each house then there is no arguments (why did you send it there and not here aggg ) problem solved :-).
His other favourite animal besides pigs are dinosaurs lol, so I followed the sketch by Sunday Sketch and Stamp, which was a great sketch to follow, and I enjoyed doing this one very much.
I used a dinosaur image from Digi Downloads, which I coloured with Copic and used K and Co papers, Bo Bunny buttons and ribbon. The sentiment I designed myself on the computer and added his name Leandro.
I always have trouble getting items with his name on so he will love this, he always misses out on these things and his sister always gets them, so he will be showing it off lol, awe bless.

The inside is just kept simple with shapes to match the front.

The image on the back I designed myself just for him using the computer and that’s it for today.

Thanks for popping round my place and hope you all have a very good night.

Hugs
