Saturday Challenge

Hi Everyone


I am sure Mr Blogger will be nice to me today and upload my card, it is my nieces wedding day and if all has gone to plan I should be drinking champagne now, not too much as it is my wedding anniversary tomorrow and we are going out for dinner (another night out)

So onto todays card and it is for Catch the Bug and this week it is a Holiday Challenge whoo love this challenge.

Busy Busy

Hi all 

Well Linda is still very busy, still got the grandkids cards to make oh hubbys too and two more workshops and a newsletter to finish plus the pressies to wrap and last but not least rest of the garden hanging baskets and tubs to plant geez I need extra days this week.

Enough of that as it sends me dizzy thinking about it so onto Stella Says Sketch over at

Lovely sketch and I enjoyed this one very much.

 

I used the image called  snowman star and colored it with Copic, white pen and added glaze on his hat and star, finishing with snowball ribbon, pearls and a snowflake.

Ok off to do my jobs and a blog visit to you all and I have neglected you  sorry about that.

 My card for today is one for  Catch The Bug and it's BINGO Time, love BINGO, I used the image called Snowman Flakes

 I coloured him with Copic and used glossy accents on his hat and scarf, the papers are Doodlebug, love them.

Sorry I have been a bit absent recently but I have been so busy trying to get things sorted before I go away ohhhh forgot to tell you I am going away for Christmas and the New Year as my niece is getting married, last minute thing and we fly on the 24th at 2 in the morning, should be London by 9-30 and go shopping at 10 ekkkk last minute pressies for the grandkids ohhh we spend Christmas with them too, and then to Yorkshire for the fab wedding so excited.

Snowmen love Cocoa

Hi Everyone

Today I have to show you a fantastic new release image from the  Bugaboo Stamps Store

This little darling is called Snowman Cocoa and so cute too, I have done quiet a few cards with this image as they are perfect for everyone.

I coloured him with copic using liquid pearls for the snow around him and a touch of glitter on his hat, candy cane, marshmallows and snowflake, finishing with ribbon,pearls and little white balls for the snow ribbon.

Villa finished whooo

 Hi Everyone

Yahoo my villa is finally finished the AC men are just finishing up as we speak and now I can get back to normal just a quick dust, do the floors and that's it for this week, all new in the bathrooms and kitchen all the painting done and I even had time to do a bit of shopping for some new baths mats and kitchen bits and bobs, so Linda's a happy bunny and can get back to crafting again.

Scrapbook page today

 Hi Everyone

Still a bit of a mess in the house, the bathrooms are finished but they are still doing the kitchen so I cannot get into it, I did retrieve the kettle and the makings of a cup a tea and bought some carrot cakes yummy, the smell is still disgusting and now I have got a little headache so I am going to make rest of this post short. 


It's Anything but a card at Catch the Bug today and I have a scrapbook page to show you (this is a workshop project too)

I used the image called  Snowman Skates coloured it with copic and added glitter and snowdrops, you can find this and other delish images over at the Bug Store

I used the Tim Holtz clock die and used, Nesstie Ornament die and its gone from my head where the Holly die is from, marianne corner die and for the words I used my Cricut, all the edges of the paper were distressed with Antique Linen from Tim, the border at the top was created using a M/S punch.

For the clock I used Stampendous aged copper embossing enamel and top of the ornaments aged rose, hope you like it?

Wow Thursday already

 Hi All

Wow where has the week gone I cannot believe it is Thursday already I thought it was Wednesday today lol.
Got all my unpacking done at last it did take me a bit of time because as soon as I got back they decided to revamp the villa and now I am in a total  mess, I have three bathrooms all being decorated and new sinks and showers put in all at the same time, my kitchen is in a total mess as well,  all new coving going in plus new taps, floor and cabinets being redone the only thing I can  see is the dish washer and washer as everything else is piled up in one corner lol.

Oh thats not all!!! every single door in the house is wet as they have just painted them geez it stinks, on the good side we are eating out tonight yippy bad side oh yes another bad side! I have to try and take a shower and touch not paint ekkkk this will be fun, my lounge was finished yesterday so at least I have a room to sit and drink my tea.

They were very upset when I said DO NOT TOUCH MY CRAFT ROOM, GEEZ!!! I could not handle that too and it would take me a week at least to empty it and put it all back, I need my sanity. Keep posted for the next saga instalment.

I am back blogging again after my fab holiday in Cyprus and the UK, we had a fantastic time and I shall show you some pictures later in the week, fantastic time with the family and great fun and laughter with our lovely friends, over the top shopping and lots of craft goodies and the best thing is Brian is doing great and enjoyed the rest, more of that later as I have a sketch for you to play along with.

Bugaboo New Challenge

Hi Everyone

 Blogger should upload this for me (I hope) we decided to go away week earlier than intended, Brian is
 feeling very tired and needs the rest so we decided to change our flights and zoom off, wow this was short notice and I had to run around and get things sorted but as you read this I should be sat relaxing, most likely stuffing myself with cake lol.

So onto today's post and It's Saturday so that means their is a new challenge over at Catch the Bug and this time it's Anything Goes so it's your choice you can do anything you like, I decided to do a Baby card for a little boy.

Good Afternoon Everyone

Just got back from my quilting class and its coming along nicley but still a long way to go as its for a double bed aggg and now back in my craft room as I have DT and Copic class cards to sort.

The card today is for one of my Copic class, I used a Kenny K image and of course coloured it with Copic, the papers are from a kit by Papernmania and inked with distressing ink, great for male cards these papers and I just used bakers twine to finish
