Whoopsi Daisy Challenge

Hi Everyone

Hope your all having  a great day, my day started off bad as I lost my internet (again) and I have just got it back, its so frustrating when this happens, it just goes to show how much we get use to things and not having the net is like agggg end of the world, but hey ho I'm back and ready to show you my card for today.

I was asked by Linnie from Whoopsie Daisy images if I would do a guest designer spot for her and of course I  said I would love to, I use to design for Whoopsie before Brian got ill but then had to give it up.

The theme is Spots and Dots


I used the image from sheet 339

I coloured her with copic and papers Bo Bunny again also the little pink trinket is Bo Bunny, the other embelishments are from Jolee's Boutique by EK Success and are 3 dimensional stick on butterflys, cogs and flowers with added bling, finishing with pearls and a rose charm in metal.

New Challenge Catch the Bug

Hi Everyone
Sorry I have not been around but I had a little mishap with some paper and cut three of my fingers, ouch, paper cuts are so so sore.

 I could not craft or type very well at all, I tried plasters on them but that made them worse and they were not healing up so I had to leave them open, much better now and I an back in my craft room again, hurray.

So onto my card for today and we see a new chalenge over at Catch the Bug and this week we would love to see:                      
                                            HEARTS LACE AND PEARLS

 

For my card I used the image called Sassy Gal Birthday and you can find her HERE

I coloured her with Copic and the lace and pearls are from my stash, the flowers are W/O, the heart embelie

is from Bo Bunny as are the papers.

Bugaboo Sponsors Forever Night

Hi Everyone

Today we see Catch The Bug sponsoring Forever Night Challenge this week  and this is the card I made using the image  silhouette - skull tree  and you can find other images HERE too.

I found the black papers in my stash, not a colour I would usually use so I do not have that many. I put glossy accents on some of the image hoping to make more spooky, the big bling shapes I found in my craft shop here.

Oldie but Goodie Image

Hi Everyone
Very dull here today, no sun and a bit on the cold side, I am also alone as Brian is in the UK for a week having some treatment so I retreated to my craft room and had a clear out, found things I had forgotton about or stashed away lol now just waiting for Brian to ring, skype is a great thing :-)


Onto my card for today and I had to use one of  Bugaboo images for my friends Birthday as it is her down to a tee lol this is one of the older images but I still love it and use it quiet a lot.

I coloured her with Copic and using K and Co papers, love the writing on this, the shape is a nesstie die I got for Christmas from a friend, love it thank you. I finished with flowers from W/O, pearls, ribbon and a butterfly from my stash, I will have to look up who's sentiment it is as I have forgotton ekkk.

New Release over at the Catch the Bug

Hi Everyone
Its sort of quiet here today, when I went to my quilting class (yep another new challenge for me that I started last week) the traffic was sparse so I think everyone is staying indoors today and keeping safe.

So onto my card for today and so excited as Catch The Bug has a new release out and this week Jodie gave us a pig awe so cute too.

I coloured him with Copic, 3 shades of pale pink, never coloured a pig before lol, I kept the card quiet plain as I wanted the pig to show up and just added corners and pearls from my stash.

Sundays with Chrissy Challenge

Hi Everyone

Last night I had no internet till 12 oclock, then I had to ring up and ask why, geez it cost enough!!! you would think you can keep connected for at least a day aggg.

It a year since the unrest today (you will all have seen it on the box last year)

and we are expecting trouble, there was a few shots fired last night and the odd whirly bird going round, I just hope today is quiet and no one gets hurt.

Now onto to the challenge over at Sundays With Crissy and we would love to see your Birthday creations, I decide to make a card for a little boy I know and wanted to use this fab image called Frog Friend, he's so cute.

I made this card for the challenge, I used the image called JJ Housework Cook which can find at the Bugaboo Store

I coloured her with copic and prisma and the papers are Bo Bunny again and inked with walnut distressing ink, finishing with pearls and some metal flowers.

New Challenge Catch the Bug

Sorry I am late posting this card, I had a trouble getting on my blog today, no idea why, blogger was just not playing nice.

Anyway I am here now and onto the new challenge over at Catch the Bug and we have a photo inspiration picture for you.

The image I used is called VikkiLee Licious and I coloured her with Copic, the papers and flower embelishments are Bo Bunny and the chain and flowers are from Jolee's, I finished with bling from Kaban in the corners. I did the inside with matching papers

I loved doing her hair pink, I hope you like it too.

New Challenge Catch the Bug

Hi Everyone

My friend (Norma) and I are spending our last few days together as she leaves for ther UK on Monday night, I have so loved having her here for two months, we have shopped, gone to art and jewerly classes together, had fun in my craft room getting ready for the craft fair (oh it was canceled but hey ho the fun was good)  had lots of delish meals out with our hubbys and laughed so much it made us cry lol, oh lots of shopping too, I shall miss them both.

 Norma is now having a pre-run packing, somehow I don't think it is all going to fit she says giggling but Brian will take the remainder for her when he goes to the UK in April so while Norma does that I shall tell you about a new challenge over at Catch the Bug.

For my card I did a Valentines theme with this scrummy image called Ava and Decon Love Word

I coloured it with copic and prisma and used Bo Bunny Love papers inked with Victorian Velvet distressing ink, the hearts I cut on my cricut, the little red heart was from a peg in my stash, flowers from W/O, the sentiments are computer generated. I finished with pearls, pins, lace and ribbon.

Sorry I have not been round, very hectic here this week as I was getting ready for the craft fair on Saturday, doing cards, altered photo frames, vintage hearts and candles but I got notice today it
has been canceled, we have very high winds and sand storms aggggggg but not to worry has my craft things have been put into the shop, I will be posting them this week so I hope you will give me your opinion on them, now onto my post for today.

Whimsy Blog Hop and New Releases
