Hi All
Mr Blogger do your work and uploaded my card again.

This time my inspiration came from the digi created by Kathy from StampArt, Kathy has a lovely selection of images to choose from and this one is called Gopher-It, so cute.

My Card 

I coloured the image with Copic and used Bo Bunny papers and added buttons and some ribbon, finishing with bling corners.

Whimsy Inspirational Challenge

Use Sentiment and make your own flowers

I have used one of Ann’s from Raindrop Echo Design from the Circle Silhouette sentiment sheet, I made this my focal point on the card and change the colour to purple, the centre flower I added glossy accents too.

The papers are Bo Bunny again and used an M/S punch on the centre piece of paper, also using lace and bling.

The flowers I made using a Nesstie flower die, the top left one has 6 layers of petals and coloured with blue and purple copic, sprayed with water, scrunched up then opened while still damp and added glitter to finish.
The bottom one has three layers and this time moulded round a pencil.

Sundays with Chrissy

Hello to everyone I am late posting this card as Mr Blogger took a funny turn and did not upload it for me aggggg, sorry Chrissy. I did not have time to check this morning as I was traveling down to see the grandchildren.

Anyway I am here now and after a game of football (me in the goal) with the grandson I thought I had better check my blog and a good job I did as Mr Blogger was not nice to me today.

Oh by the way he dissmissed me as I let to many goals in lol , such fun and still laughing at who was worse nanny or granddad lol.

Onto my card for today and we see another challange over at Sundays With Chrissy and the theme is
THANKS / THANKSGIVING.

I combined two of Chrissys images again, called Turk in Boots and Stuffed Turkey, when I was colouring these images I thought how cool it would be to have Anticipation and Satisfaction on one card so I went with the flow so to speak.

So go where the inspiration takes you I say and I hope we get to see lots of your inspiration for this challenge.

My Card

I have used Crissy  image called Birdie Friend and coloured with Copic, the papers are Bo Bunny, I just love the white dotty paper and the contrast with the black, I used a M/S punch on the black paper.

The sentiment is one of Ann’s from Raindrop Echo Design called Party Mini Letter Seals and finished with flowers from W/O which I glittered, the pearls, pin and ribbon are from my stash.

Whimsy Inspirational

Hi All

If you are reading this then Mr Blogger has been kind to me and uploaded my card again for Whimsy Inspirational Blog.

This time my inspiration came from the digi created by Nat from Moon Cookie Gallery, Nat has a lovely selection of cottages to choose from and this one is called Swirly Cottage, so sweet and a whopping 12 to choose from so you will be seeing more of these on my creations.

My Card

I coloured the image with Copic and the window I added Glossy Accents to make it shine, the papers are Bo Bunny again, I love the black paper I used, ahh last piece, I finished it with black ribbon last piece of this too and a sentiment computer generated.

Whimsy Inspirational New Challenge

In two days’ time I will be on my way to the UK and will be staying with my good friends, the next day I will be going to the Ally Pally Craft Show with my friend, the last time we went we had such a good laugh and did so much shopping I was in heaven, all that crafty goodness, so delish, so interesting to see new techniques being show and the latest crazes going around.

Whimsy Inspirational

If you are reading this then Mr Blogger has been kind to me and uploaded my card for Whimsy Inspirational Blog.

My inspiration came from the digi and rubber stamps by Ann, Raindrop Echo Designs which you can find at Whimsy Stamps.

My Card

The stamp used:

In My Garden, main image which is a digi and called In My Garden 5 (September Release) 

Le Jardin Secret and Sentiment stamps are rubber one’s and from the New Vintage Seed Packet Collection

I wanted a vintage feel to this card, not that good at vintage but I am working on it lol. I inked the papers (Bo Bunny) and images with Antique Linen adding cream lace, gold corners and brown bling. Hope you like it.

Sundays with Crissy Challenge

We remember today 9/11 and our hearts goes out to all the families who lost their precious loved ones.

Today as I get to show you my creation for the challenge FRIENDSHIP here at Sundays with Crissy.
I have two of Crissy’s wonderful images to show you, they are called Birdie Friend, and Frog Friend both images are combined onto one card as requested by a friend, she wanted one card for her niece and nephew and Crissy images worked perfectly for this.

My Birthday Candy

Hi Everyone

I have some Candy for you, as it’s my Birthday in a couple of weeks time I thought why not celebrate with some goodies, so I have 10 stamps to give away, these stamps are by Studio G 

1 Background and 9 Sentiment Stamps.

 I will be adding more goodies to this when I get back from UK.

 I am going to the UK on the 23rd and going to the Ally Pally Craft Fair with my friend on the 24^th so excited.

The main reason and the most important one for going to the UK is Brian is back at Royal Marsden cancer hospital in London as he will undergo test for 2 week to see if his cancer is still stable (prays a lot and crosses fingers) as he has a rare type of cancer this takes ages, the nerve bit is waiting 2 weeks for the results then we see the professor and other doctors who give us the news, getting nervous now just talking about it.

 So back to the candy, rules, no rules really, hate rules.

Commision card and going away for a little while

Hi All

This will be a quick post tonight as I am busy busy busy with things in the house and I still have commission cards to finish.  We have decided to go to Cyprus for a week’s break and we leave on Thursday, I know short notice but looking forward to it and the tickets were booked yesterday,  it’s not that I am eager but I do have my suitcase out ready lol.

Brian could do with the rest and we are lucky enough to own a villa there and it's only a 2 1/2 hour flight to get there so Thursday night I will be sat in a tavern having eats and drinks yummy.

Now onto my card which is a commission for a friend, she rang me this morning to see if she could pick it up tomorrow then I remembered I had not even finished it aggggg so much on my mind recently.

I have used a Whiff of Joy Image and coloured it with Copic, for a change I used Lasting Impression paper  and I manage to get the last four pieces of this in the craft shop and have being hanging on to it as I love it.

I inked all the edges with Antique Linen distressing ink, the little butterflies are buttons I got in the UK last year, the bling is Kaban , the flowers W/O and the ribbon is from my stash which I tied in a bow and stuck a button on the top. Sorry it's not a good pic but my daylight bulb has just gone.

I have some news I can now tell you, I have been keeping this a secret for far too long, I just don’t know how I did it lol.

Chrissy asked me to be a DT on Sundays with Chrissy and I jumped at the chance I feel so honoured that she asked me, thank you Chrissy.

 

Now onto the new challenge for August and my first DT card For Sundays With Chrissy

We would love for you to show us your K.I.S.S. cards!! K.I.S.S. standing for "Keep It Simple Stamper"

I know for some of you, including me, keeping it simple is hard challenge as we all like our flowers etc, 

I have used one of Crissy's brand new images called Forget Me Not available from Whimsy Stamps now she’s just so beautiful! Don’t you think.

I coloured her with Copic and glitter pens, the papers are Bo Bunny which have been inked with Victorian Velvet distressing ink and layered the papers up, I also used a M/S punch on one of the layers, ribbon and pearls are from my stash.

I do hope you will pop over and take part in the challenge as you may now use images from any company and still be included in the draw for the blog candy prize!

Those who use one of Crissy's images, either from her rubber or digital collections will be entered twice in the draw.

I made a card for this occasion

I used a Kenny K image, Urban Collection Image and Raindrop Echo Design Sentiment and combined them all together  and coloured with copic. The flowers are Prima and W/O and the punch is from EK, bling and ribbon from my stash.

Card and Tag

Hi All

This afternoon I have a card and a tag to show you, the card is a commission one with an image by Bugaboo that she picked herself for her friend and coloured with Copic.

The papers are Bo Bunny and inked all the edges with Victorian Velvet by Tim Holtz and layered them all up.I used an M/S punch for the lace detail and the butterfly which was sprayed with pearl accent and glittered, the flowers, pearls and ribbon are from my stash.

The tag I did a few days ago as I wanted to try my hand at a vintage tag in pink, the base I painted in 3 colours with shimmer paints then painted all the swirls in a gold accent with added glitter.  I sprayed the lace and gold corner with Inkidoodle Raspberry shimmer, got a bit messy at this point lol the picture I found in my stash.

I made the flowers myself and painted in the same way I did the tag, this made them very stiff so I moulded them before they dried and added a bit of bling to the centre, the sentiment I made up myself and printed on the computer. 

I do hope you like this as it is my first attempt at a vintage tag.
